Want to display your Tractor?
We’re looking for people to bring their tractors to display at the event. All tractors are welcome!
We are offering your company the amazing opportunity to sponsor a pedal tractor at the event!
A pedal tractor will be stickered with your company branding and enjoyed by children attending the event.
Tractor Fest is a family fun event which hosts both antique and new tractors. We will also have plant machinery on site. We are hoping to have around 70 tractors on the day. There will also be games, raffles, rides and food outlets. Tractor Fest is now in its second year after a very successful first year.
The event will take place at Storforth Lane Trading Estate, Hasland, S41 0QD.
Parking on the Storforth Lane Trading Estate is extremely limited and we will not be able to accommodate everybody’s cars. A certain amount of disabled parking will be available there. Overflow parking will be available on the day at Hasland Hall Academy and also on the Vanguard Trading Estate. We would really appreciate it if you could try and find an alternative way to get to Tractor Fest, such as using public transport, walking, or car sharing. If you are coming in your car, please be patient with our marshals. They will do their best to try and find you a place to park.
You can pre book your tickets using the ‘Buy tickets’ button at the top of this page. It’s really easy to do and will save you lots of time getting into the event on the day. You will receive your tickets via email with a QR code which we will scan at the gate. Easy!
Tickets are just £3 per adult and children aged 11 and under go free! You can also get an activity pack for the young (or old) Tractor Festers! Don’t forget to pre book your tickets, as it’s going to be popular event. Please be aware that tickets are not refundable unless we have to cancel the event.
At this moment in time, yes, but we do have an upper limit on capacity on site, so tickets could sell out. We would then not be able to take entries on the day. Please don’t miss the chance to come to this fantastic event. Book your tickets now and be guaranteed a place at Tractor Fest.
The event will take place on Sunday 28th April from 10am until 3pm.
Yes! We will need volunteers to help us at the event with a range of different roles, from helping with refreshments, tombola, raffle ticket sales, marshal duties, taking entry fees and more. If you would like to volunteer, please fill in our online form.
If you can’t help at Tractor Fest, we do have lots of other events that you may be able to volunteer at. You’ll be able to see these via the online form.
There will be a variety of food and drink stalls, including pizzas, burgers, dirty fries, hot and cold drinks, as well as sweet treats for all the family.
We will have various activities including a climbing wall, ride on tractors, mini fire engine ride, a unique raffle and we’re hoping to add more, so keep an eye out on our social media pages and for email updates. We will also have a colouring competition and treasure hunt (as part of the activity park).
Ashley Bear will also be attending!
Although we have asked for good weather, we cannot guarantee it! We will assess the weather running up to the event and also on the day. Certain weather conditions may affect certain activities, but the event will still go ahead.
Please check the weather the day before you come to the event and bring waterproofs and warm clothes if needed. The good news is that bad weather doesn’t bother tractors, so still expect to see lots there!
We do expect lots of families to attend but Tractor Fest is an event anybody can come to and there will be something for everyone. Obviously, we’ll have lots of tractors there and maybe one or two farmers!
Yes, well behaved dogs are more than welcome. Please bear in mind however that there will be lots of people at the event and certain area could become a little crowded, so if your dog is quite nervous, it might not be the place for them. We do ask that owners keep their dogs on leads at all times, even if they are trained. Please also remember to bring your doggy bags!
Yes! Our Furniture Store, Donation Centre, Coffee Shop and Clearance Shop will be open as usual, however, the site is expected to be extremely busy. Please follow our marshals’ instructions on the day and please be patient, they are there to help you. Thank you!
Yes, there may be a small number of businesses that open on the same day. If you do intend to visit one of these businesses on the day, then please do get in touch with them before the day. Most of the trading estate will be closed to vehicles and you may have to park further away than you normally would. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
